Each CNC system is unique and opaque. This situation brings inconvenience to end users and system integrators. Today, with the increasing demand for open CNC, it is logical to study the application of real-time operating system in CNC software. In particular, the technology of embedded real-time operating system is developing rapidly, which will have a revolutionary impact on the development of NC control software. Choose a suitable commercial embedded real time operating system, hang up the CNC application software such as interpolation, servo, decode, data processing and so on, and finally transplant it into a hardware environment to form a numerical control system which is ultimately satisfied with users, that is, the personalized CNC system. This will be the main direction of open CNC.
